As an Affiliate Partner, you are not allowed to place any content that may violate other parties' copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights. You agree that you shall be wholly responsible for any liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and costs (including but not limited to attorney's fees) caused directly or indirectly by your use or violation of another party's copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, such as generating fake referrals, creating multiple accounts, or self-referring to earn commissions. Any commissions obtained through such violations will be forfeited, and the affiliate’s account may be temporarily suspended or terminated. In instances of fraud or illegal conduct, the company reserves the right to take legal action.

No commissions will be paid for any violations of the Affiliate Agreement, including but not limited to the above prohibited activities.

Affiliates who commit repeated violations of program rules, including trademark infringement or unauthorized marketing practices, will be permanently blacklisted.

Affiliate Partners are prohibited from making false, misleading, or absolute claims regarding confidentiality, anonymity, or privacy, including but not limited to statements such as "100% confidential", "fully anonymous" or similar representations, in any promotional materials, landing pages, or communications.
