I workout pretty often, but yoga is what I value the most, I want to be able to bend and move when I'm older, gotta look after this body. I'd rather have good mobility than to look a certain way.
I'm also Vegan and enjoy good quality food most of the time, but don't mind a cheeky desert every now and then.
Cut and split firewood, green house work, general farm work, antique car restoration, and outdoor activities.I am a person that strives to be self sufficient (growing and preparing food and cutting firewood),and typically use summer to prepare for winter.

I have a slim athletic build. I do push-ups and rope pulls every day, and I do hybrid squats every second day. I need to do cardio more consistently, but when I do it, it's normally based around steps and jumps.
I like to walk lots do all types of yoga, running, basketball. playing around, Hiit workouts, and lift x2 my body weight at gyms ( you know to look spicy to others lol) and also someone who like that type of thing that can do it with me also seems fun to me to do.

I work out for an hour a day and try to eat as healthy as I can but I do love pizza and garlic bread.
I tend to do cardio, abs, hips, legs and butt days, alternating between them but sometimes I miss days but hey I am only human.
Everything in moderation and exercise of course. One needs to get plenty of sleep & down time. Exploring the ranch on foot. But the very best medicine was and could be again, a strong dose of weekly SB fun.
Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)
I am super into nutrition and in tune with my body. Im very knowledgeable about it and what my body needs. I do intermittent fasting. I try to be sugar free and low carb, but I do love pizza and mac and cheese like any other person. I take supplements and eat very mindfully.
I love lifting weights and am very comfortable in a weight room but it has been a while since ive had access to a gym. Covid didnt help. I want to learn to do deadlifts. Ive got my form down, just looking for a set up or a gym membership.
I used to coach ladies online and Barre was my top choice for them. I still work out every week but not every day. I would like to get back into working out more often. Need a gym buddy? I can use one!
I'm blessed with good genetics but I still try to start every morning with stretches and a quick 5 minute workout to get my body jump started and ready for the day. I keep on my toes with work and I love to unwind and reset with a good hike, long walk or a light jog in my spare time
I do yoga mostly. I had some medical issues that set me back a bit. I'm relearning what my body responds well to. I'd love to find something we can do together and enjoy like dancing or nature walks.
It was also brought to my attention a few times that maybe in this situation a partner would want to surgically alter my body. I think I'd be open for that discussion but definitely would need to be in a serious long term committed relationship.
I love to walk/hike. I also roller skate with resistance like on a rough road or bike trail and I do spins and other tricks which uses different muscles to keep tone. & I dance a lot all the time no matter where I am and do pole fitness. Occasionally I'll hit the gym but it's been a while
I work out each day for at least 30 minutes. To be honest its the bare minimum haha. Three days of more vigorous exercise. I also eat healthy. Lots and lots of protein and veggies! But always value a balanced diet with the occasional treat as well!
I'm a big fan of yoga and meditation. I also really loooove to cook healthy yet delicious meals. I love to cook for people and would especially love to cook for my daddy. I always put love into my meals.
