    Tequila shots on the roof. Hitting the bakery dept at WalMart daily. Pizza 3-4/week. Have fundraisers for children's charity- use the c*sh collected to hit the steakhouse of my choosing once a month minimum - MUST drink 2 bottles of Opus 1, 16 oz ribeye (medium rare), 2 lobster tails, and tip 30% so that every month I get the booth with the curtains (ahem) to show my b*by of the Month the correct way to eat the lobster deviled eggs. Breakfast must include side porterhouse and hash browns smothered in cream gravy. I skip lunch in order to maintain my physique.

    My first love is dance, especially bellydancing. I also do yoga and try to get out in nature as much as I can. I really like walking in the desert with my dog. I would love to get up the the California Redwoods again soon.

    Dancing and aerial silks! I do a lot of conditioning that goes along with those (stretching, core strength, general cardio), but my main workouts are going to be anything fun enough it gets my mind off how much work I'm actually putting in.

    I eat about a 90% Vegan diet because its my preference. I do enjoy chicken, burger and a hot dog every once in a while. I do yoga at home. I drink about 3/4 of water a day, and I am sure to have a shot of Jack Daniels only on Fridays.

    I usually walk the treadmill at the gym every day, but as of late I dance in my apt. for min of 15 min..I have a couple favorite songs and when I hear them it is like I under a spell cause I have to dance to 1 song. I feel guilty if I pass on dancing......like I got ) exercise today!! I have mastered the art of Smoothies and can make some very health and delicious.....ask to see my Smoothie menu.

    I consider myself to be health conscious but I don't go overboard into what I indulge because I love to eat. I dont eat pork or beef and I live an active lifestyle. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and my favorite workouts are legs. I also enjoy yoga, hiking and running outside on a beautiful morning or an afternoon when the sun is setting.

    I believe your body is your greatest investment, and you only get out what you put in. I try to approach all areas of my life with balance. I do yoga 4 times a week and mix in weight lifting/cardio/movement as much as I can.I love the gym, but equally love jumping on my road bike and riding 20 miles. I do not force myself into a schedule, and do what interests me most in the moment. Fitness is not restricted to a gym for me, but is found in various aspects of my lifestyle. I workout to fit the needs to my body and maximize my health. Looks are not the most important thing to me, and hold that standard for myself and partner. I would rather have a beer and burger with my friends, or enjoy wine and dessert with a partner, than be calorie counting and too restrictive during events and activities where I should be focusing on the fun and company. Health for me is wholistic. The more I take care of my body and value its function, the better I feel, and the more confident I am.

    I exercise a lot. I enjoy lifting weights, sprinting on the beach, cycling, and swimming. I'm not super slim - much more amazon, not a size 0. I'm fit, healthy, and I like my body. I appreciate people who take care of their health, regardless of their physique.

    I'm very into having a good relationship with food, meaning no fast food or processed food unless special occasion.. no soda... no candy or chips. I take yoga twice a week and I do enjoy working out but only socially with friends. Maybe once a week by myself lol

    I love lifting at the gym and always improving myself. Im always trying to lift heavier and heavier. I also love going tanning and just taking well care of myself. Staying in shape is important to me to feel good and look good.

    I have my own gym and I use it. I don't do long workout sessions. 20 focused minutes and different muscle groups. I walk my beautiful pup and and ride bicycles between 5 and 20 miles. I also enjoy hiking and just about anything outdoors. I love concerts but don't know when we'll be able to do that again.

    I like to keep my body in shape by exercising regularly and watching my intake of carbs and dairy in a daily manner. I have recently lost 60+ pounds recently, and I need to b*y an entire new wardrobe already!

    I workout every day. Yoga, dance, hiking, running, weights, etc. One of my favorite 3rd or 4th dates is an evening walk or morning hike where we can talk and take in the sights and beautiful local scenery.

    Fitness und eine gesunde, ausgewogene Ernhrung sind mir sehr wichtig. Ich achte gut auf meinen Krper und mache regelmigen Kraftsport. Weiters gehe ich jeden Tag mit meinem Hund Noah spazieren oder laufen. Nicht nur fr meinen Krper, sondern auch fr meinen Geist, mache ich tglich Yoga. Bei jeder Mglichkeit, die sich mir bietet, gehe ich schwimmen - egal ob im Meer, im See, im Fluss oder in der Badewanne. Ich liebe es, denn dabei fhle ich mich einfach frei.
