I practice yoga every day! I've been getting into weightlifting a little bit, but I'm not a huge gym person so I don't really know what I'm doing haha. Also, I'm a vegetarian & working towards going vegan (I'm not snobby about it I swear haha)
I used to be a competitive runner. I did bodybuilding for a bit, and even won 1st place in my first competition. Currently I run and go to the gym for fitness, not so much competition. I also love to cook for myself so I keep a healthy diet
I follow a strict exercise routine containing programs by Chloe Ting and Pamela Reif. I do programs mostly by Chloe, lol. I also like to run a few miles every now and then. I exercise about 6-7 days a week.
Exercise mind and body no medication listening to music mediating and the spiritual awareness of your chakras combined with acupuncture. A great diet not smoking no doing drugs limited alcohol and quality sleep
I enjoy working out in the gym, lifting weights, running, hiking and playing different sports. Come join me in a nice hike with a good drink and get to know each other. Fall is my fav season of the year. We are fortunate in ON to see the colours change.
Exercise daily. Meditate too. Sleep on 1000 percale sheets. Eat primarily vegan/pescatarian. Epsom salt bath. Infrared saunas. Monthly facials and massages. Limit all inflammatory foods. Long walks in nature--LOVE beaches, oceans, and forests.
Working out is my therapy and yoga is my rejuvenation. I ran track in high school so maintaining my figure is really important to me, They say, "Health is wealth" - maintaining a healthy body maintains a healthy mind.
I love to strength train (powerlift) and I play womens football! Both keep me super fit and healthy and I enjoy the different aspects of both.
I've only recently started footy but am loving it so far!
Yoga, Meditation and simple deep breathing exercises. I have my own combination of daily rituals that keeps me motivated. I have learnt a lot of techniques over the years and still consider myself as a student
Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)
I got to the gym 6 days a week and work with a trainer 3 times a week. I love to push myself to new limits every time. I stick to a pretty rigid zone diet. But I cheat every once in awhile. Going to the gym keeps body and mind in shape.
Riding track work keeps my body in fine form, takes a lot of strength to hold a 500kg+ thoroughbred.
I am one of the lucky ones, never been chubby or overweight.
I love healthy food but can also eat whatever I want and stay in shape.
I am a very active, competitive and athletic person though it's just in my nature.
I ride 10 miles on my Peloton every day and most days I also do a 30 minutes Pilates or Barre class. Once a week or so I try to go for hike (at least when the weather is nice!) and I walk my puppy, Luna, around our neighborhood, too.
I use a specialized program of stretching and strengthening called the "BIG" program, designed specially for postponing that inevitable Michael J Fox moment. That and portion control are the tools I have in my toolbox.
Everyday runner! I like to going for long outdoor jogs in the summer time. Either in the mornings, or late evenings. In the winter, I will go to the gym more often.
Of course, since the pandemic, It has been hard to hit the gym. I am not as fit. But it is not hard for me to get back into that level of motivation. So, looking forward to the future.
