    I work out 3 days a week with a fairly good diet! I am very conscious of my body so I love to look good. Healthy diet is good but not a must for me. I do keep an eye on what I eat but also hate the pressure of always eating healthy!

    I am a lifeguard and used to be a competitive swimmer but now I just swim for fun, I also love going on hikes with my puppies and just finding beautiful new places in the town I am from. I am also supposed to do physical therapy everyday but I typically forget...oops

    I'm going to say my body is in great shape thanks to genetics lol. However I workout on a daily basis. I stretch, do some yoga. I love sports, especially swimming. Love going to the gym with my friends over all just having fun.

    I like to work out about twice a week. Its not something I take too seriously, just like to have fun and keep my body in shape. I pretty much undo it after with all the amazing food I love to eat and cook for myself!

    Go to the gym but love visiting Greggs just as much, going walking lots to keep some weight off. Need to keep my strength up with a diet of steak and chips balanced with coffee and cake, salad and smoothies balanced with chocolate and wine.

    I like to run, especially on sunny days. But ab days are always my favorite. I especially love to workout with my friends because I love motivating them to push themselves beyond what they think they can do.

    I practice Yoga daily. I also attend pilates classes multiple times a week and I enjoy running in the forest. I also attend dance classes weekly. I love to eat healthy with yummy nutritious foods, I've been vegetarian for 9 years so my diet consists of mostly veggies. I don't judge anyones eating habits! I do what works best for me.

    I run, swim and hike ;) My favourite thing to do since the pandemic is to follow a pilates video on YouTube. I get 8 hours of sleep every night and try to eat healthy as possible to, this all contributes to a healthy body.

    I used to have an Executive membership at Equinox. I love to stay fit and take care of my body. Running on the treadmill, biking, yoga, pilates, dancing, sauna's, spa's, facials, massages, acupuncture, cupping, etc, etc. I also eat very healthy.

    I'm currently going to school to be a dietitian and athletic trainer, so keeping my body in shape is my job! I spend 6 days a week at the gym, and I absolutely love cooking! I also love hiking in the summer, especially to see the waterfalls!!!

    I was a dancer for 12 years so I still love getting out and dancing when I can! Usually I just go to the gym a few times a week and do some weight lifting. I love yoga too so when I don't feel like going all the way to the gym I just roll my mat out in the living room and find a video on youtube to follow!

    Lift weights , go to the gym and I volunteer my time helping the local rangers clearing up bush areas clearing vegetation and digging tracks amongst other things.. I try and eat healthy foods but have become a little slack these last few years lost my 6 pack need to try and get it back again

    I find myself more motivated to keep myself in shape when I'm outdoors, although I do love the gym. I try my best to go to the gym twice a week, I really enjoy swimming and a solid leg workout. I also love walks and hikes, join me for one :)

    I have been doing yoga for 8 years and found a new love for booty workouts. My usual routine mostly consists of long hikes with my dog or early morning runs. Now that I religiously enjoy fitness, its made me such an incredible cook!

    To keep my body in shape I love Power/Olympic Lifting. This helps me get my anger out and feel strong. I also love Birkram yoga and Dancing:) Running and going on walks/hikes as well to help release stress and be in nature!
