    I grew up playing sports all my life, even got to play soccer in college and still am trying to to look to play overseas currently. I go to the gym almost on a daily basis as well as eating balanced meals throughout the day!

    I eat healthy as much as possible. I cook and eat out both equally. I love vegan based, gluten free, non-gmo foods mostly, that's when I feel and look my best. I drink lots of water and I roller blade and hike often.

    I'm active every day for sure... GYM, paddle boarding, playing sports, hiking... I love it. There is nothing better than go down the river on a paddle board in the summer time, or hiking in the winter.

    I used to work out all the time. Now I work at a desk most of the time along with a knee issue plus covid pandemic?? I'm way out of shape now. So if you're looking for a physical specimen that is definitely not me.

    I run 5x a week and weight train 4x a week. My goal for this year is to do more yoga which I have been incorporating into my fitness routine. I love going hiking, spending time in nature and going to the beach. In the future I would love to be able to learn to surf and sail.

    I keep fit biking, skating, skiing, walking, hiking, boating, water sports, etc. I eat very healthy but still take the time to splurge on wings with my friends or the occasional pizza. I love to cook and I love to dine out.

    I have a fast metabolism and I work out at least 3x a week (I am trying to actually gain weight). I walked a lot and took the stairs when i lived in nyc which helped me stay skinny although i'm am pretty insecure with my body

    No gym required...... just get out and do things...... gardening.... walking... whatever... just listen to what your body is asking. Quality over quantity again.... just stop, listen, and think about the balance.

    Home work out or the gym. Sometimes yoga for self meditation. Dancing runs in the blood, other than cardio, it helps mentally and emotionally. Honestly, proper meal/diet. If you're craving salad, get the salad!

    These days just eat plenty of salad & walk my dog alot on beach for an hour or so Work hard, also longer walks & a jog when time allows ... ... .. ..

    I have a very petite body and I workout about three times a week. I also tend to have a very healthy diet and meal plan. When I do not have time for the gym, I will go on runs or swim laps in the pool!

    Although I'm plus-sized, I am trying to eat better and make better decisions when I am eating out. I do try to work out when I can. I definitely enjoy taking Spin classes and walking the track when the weather is nice. I also don't mind working out with you either.

    well i have always worked out to the extent of me not taking some meals just to keep fit ...... so i make sure i exercise regularly in as much that im not busy with work ......so i gym regularly just to keep fit always ok

    This is easy, I've got time in my calendar daily set aside for exercise regardless of what comes up and I've found what I really enjoy. I try to do things away from the heart of the city and commune a little bit with nature for the added benefit of that relaxation.
