I have a personal trainer for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. And I do conditioning Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Absolutely no drinking alcohol.
I cook for myself and looking for help around the house/chicken to make me look my best :)

I do like to run and do circuits. I use to do crossfit but I'm new to SD and havent gotten into a gym yet! Also always wanted to learn how to pole dance!

How do I keep my body in shape you ask? hmmm.... does doing the 5 ounce curls every time I take a shot count? Because if so, then I got this. ^_^
In all seriousness, meal prep and jogging some mornings is about it. I keep telling myself that now that the peak of the COVID scare is over I'll go back to the gym but it's yet to happen. Maybe you can give me that much needed kick on my posterior to get a new gym membership.

I juice every morning, never eat fast food and workout as often as I can (Covid isn't making it easy).
I've been athletic all my life from track in JHS, Football in HS, to running a least every other day right now.
Um... I'll leave it to you to look at my pics and realise this question isn't intended for me, unless it's reworded to " How I keep my body the the shape it is!"
Not as well as I used to but I manage. I hike, ski, and generally just stay active. I'm helped out by good metabolsim, decent diet and zen. Which helps me believe my body still moves like a thirty year old martial artist rather than a sixty year old man.:)
To be honest, I really don't I am a size 14-16 with curvy, tummy could probably be a little flatter and I do have thighs. I eat pretty well and walk quite frequently. I am pretty happy with my body. I would much rather swim at the beach or ride a push bike, canoe , then go to the gym or silly diets.
I recently lost 175lbs after bariatric surgery. I eat right. I exercise now, but not a gym rat. I love being at the beach or pool and have a beach cruiser that I ride daily towing the dogs along too (adds an additional 30lbs to the ride).
I enjoy playing golf on the weekends when I have the chance and during the week I run, cycle or swim before and after work. Occassionally, I will do a triathlon but it has been a while since I did one. Also, I don't mind playing some other sort of sport when I have the chance.
I work out a few times a week. I mainly do weightlifting! I always work out my butt, legs, and abs. I love being in the gym but running is not my favorite. Even though I was a soccer player for 15 years, I still hate running.
I work out every day, try not to drink, and surf when I can! Staying in shape is one of the things I value you most in this life time. We're only given one body and we should take care of it! Do you feel the same?
Through discipline and consistency. Having a morning ritual. Getting more down between the hours of 4-7 am. Cardio, then weights and yoga. Having an accountability partner makes it easy to stay consistant.
I am a full figured girl and I love my body. I don't do any vigorous exercising. I love going on walks and doing yoga or Pilates. Dancing is always fun so Zumba is a go to for me. Bike riding is always fun when trying to relieve stress. I would love to go on a hike one day.
