    I love to go to the gym and find peace when I workout at least once a day. I used to play sports so this is a great way to keep my body healthy and toned now! I also recently began to love cooking for me and my roommates!

    How I keep my body in shape- I do a 30 minute work out every morning and also waist train for 2 hours a day! & when I go to the gym I stay no less then 3 hours !! Honestly thats about it Ive always been a tall slim women .

    I work out constantly and have a healthy diet. I spend some of my free time doing exercises that I have planned ahead, and during the summer I go swimming and any time its warm I play basketball in the park.

    Aside from being a full-time college student and working, I try to go to the gym 5x a week and enjoy a good pilates, boxing, and/or yoga class.. just depends on the week. I love mediation and anything that involves relaxing my mind, body, and soul. I love cooking and eating clean foods but occasionally love a good ice cream haha.

    I don't really have any regime to keep myself healthy but I try not to fill myself with artifical products and fast food. I also just love healthy fresh food over oily things. Yoga is also something I try doing regularly.

    Consistent work at the gym! I am very passionate about keeping my body in shape and as healthy as possible, so it's all about setting goals for yourself and finding what works best for you. practice makes perfect!

    I exercise when I feel like it and i drink a lot of water, I don't drink alcohol neither sodas at all. I always try to have healthy habits when talking about what I eat everyday and also I like sleeping well at night, therefore I go to bed early and have a good 8/9 hours of sleep.

    I've been doing ballet since I was 4 years old and gymnastics since 5 years. When I have some free time, I love to go horseback riding, preferably western style. But an at home workout is mostly what I end up with :D

    Meh, I don't, dad-bod figure. (hey, real men have curves) lol. That's not to say I'm not active. I can't run a mile, but I can hike a good 5-8 miles. Especially if I'm somewhere beautiful! Pssh, I'll come back looking like I fell into the pool.

    I walk around campus or in my neighborhood everyday AT LEAST 2 MILES. I also have been starting to eat healthier or just more home cooked meals. I don't necessarily like working out but I do it occasionally.

    Work out in my gym 3-4 times a week, mat work and exercise bike mainly. Try to eat relatively healthy but frankly would rather do more in gym and enjoy my food and drink rather than starve myself ever!

    Outside of being naturally slim, I hit the gym 4 x a week. My workouts consist of cardio and high-intensity abs/glute work outs. I also consume plain matcha tea everyday for energy and radiant skin. Somethings we're born with and some things take commit to make happen... such as this body!

    Athletic club 3xweek and walking every day. I enjoy hiking and following a good eating plan to promote health and libido. Using moisturizer in Colorado is a must for everyone with lighter skin, like me.

    I use to play different sports but now I don't have the time anymore so I just eat and pray I don't put on too much weight. I have a fast metabolism so I don't really gain much weight no matter how much I eat.

    Eat a little more go too the gym sometimes not that often but its okay. I do feel comfortable in my body shape and nothing can bring me down ive been through the hardest already. I really love and care about myself.
