I do weight training in the gym 6 times a week and also do boxing and kickboxing. I have a very active lifestyle so someone who also takes care of themselves is a must. Fitness is an important part of my life.
well, i do yoga at least three or four times a week, & i live on a lake so i swim and stand up paddle board during the late spring/summer. also, i used to do ballet and gymnastics until i was nearly sixteen.
I like to go on runs *occasionally* and I go hiking every now and again. However, I've been blessed with some pretty good genes. I'm not stick thin, but I'd like to say I'm curvy in the right places. I've been told there's some cushion for the pushin' on me.
i have been trying to work out more frequently but most of the time im just working or moving place to place to get grocery's, i work in food/retail and that requires alot of walking lol. so that makes me lose weight.
i dont . i am overweight with diabetes and high blood pressure...i need to loose weight and would love someone that could help me get in better shape. as for my partner i really would like someone average or thin!!
You can help with my diet and energy to work out. I have to write two hundred characters so my plan, for now, is to join Weight Watchers who has Oprah Winfrey with ownership and/or sponsorship in Weight Watchers.
Yoga! in the past few months I have fallen in love with doing yoga from home. I am really looking forward to studios to reopen so I can get into hot yoga. I find it helps with keeping me zen and it is amazing for toning the body.
I go on a walk almost everyday with my son. We walk at least once a day and we go to the park. We will also go to the lake and in summer we will definitely will be taking him swimming. We also like to go to the mall and walk laps around the place if the weather is bad.
I try to run about 5 miles everyday along with some mild weight lifting to keep my body toned. Although i like to keep a perfect balance im still definitely a foodie! Would love a workout friend or partner !!
I am a pescatarian and I work out 3-5 times a week. I am currently recovering from a Tummy tuck that I had a few weeks ago. I got this surgery after losing 100 lbs in 2020 - it was a gift for myself. I cannot wait to recover completely so I can go back to working out.
I love to exercise and stay fit and it is especially important to do so right now when we're all stuck inside due to the pandemic. Typically, I work out 3 days a week at minimum and my favorite part is making a fun playlist to keep me motivated. I also enjoy long walks with my dogs, bike rides in the warmer months, and eating healthy meals.

I swim at the beach, dance and try eat pretty healthy to keep in shape and the dance I do is a different type of dance there is a lot involved and this type of dance is only done in Australia, its called Calestenics.
Naturally. I do keep my body, health, and appearance as attractive as possible, at all times, and especially when I have a man in my life. I think this is absolutely essential to and for any on-going romantic relationship.
I work out 5-6 times a week. I fast one day a week. I'm a multi-time Boston Marathon qualifier, but it looks like it got moved to October this Covid year :( Running is hard here in the winter, so I do water rowing, ellipticals, etc. then
