I workout everyday to purse my dream body. I am a firm believer in, if you want something.. you will work hard for it! Being confident in my own body is important to me. I rarely ever miss a workout. What about you?

If I'm honest I did let myself go a little during 2020 however I am back on track with about 4 hours of dance class a week including a conditioning class and hoping to also add some walks and some latin dancing to the mix
I have a Personal Trainer and workout regularly. I do like outdoor activities and play a variety of sports. It's spring, so I'll be doing more tennis and golf. I hate running (but still do it occasionally), but like cycling, rowing, and walking,
I eat right, avoid gluten, avoid snacks and sweets, avoid sugar, and avoid processed foods. Fast food tastes great but it's all crap! I work out with a trainer and have for years, but perhaps most of all I'm just a super positive, can do dude who loves life and adventure!
Want to p*y for my gym membership? I do occasionally go to the gym (as a guest), on Friday's, and weekends. I also run every so 2 weeks, it is one of my hobbies which I enjoy. Looking to tone my bod out a bit more though...
Drinking lots of water, coconut water
Not eating fast food or junk
Cooking home made meals instead of store bought
Avoiding the freezer section
Having 3 main meals and healthy fresh snacks in between
Getting a good night's sleep
Face masks etc
Moisturizing
Making up choreography to my favorite songs
Going on bike rides
Playing Pokemon Go
I am quite conscious about how to take care of my body.
I just create a balance between 'the good' and 'the bad'
We can have it all so why not enjoy it while we can, right?
I also love to exercise so I can keep my body and my mind healthy.
Work out daily with wrights and cardio. Eat right. Love to bike, swim, run and anything challenging. Hiking is cool too. I like y o stay in shape. But I like all kinds of girls. If you're sweet andice thats the most attractive thing.
I work out at least 4-6 times a week to keep my body in shape. I love the feeling I get after a good workout. Sometimes, I go for long walks to get in an extra bit of cardio. I also make sure that I eat a healthy balance of nutritional food.
I am vegetarian and workout 6-7 days a week on average. Over this past year I've begun to listen more intuitively to what my body needs in order to achieve my highest physical and mental wellness. Currently working on my endurance times with running.
I walk daily every where I go and dance to all kinds of music in my home and at public dances. Will be starting Tia Chi this summer where I live. While I was in college I used to teach all kinds of dancing in many genres to the people in the community that I went to college at their public center.
I WORK OUT 7 DAYS A WEEK ...ITS THE FIRST THING I DO EVERY MORNING..CLEARS MY HEAD...AND KEEPS MY PANTS FITTING !!!!!
SURF 4 DAYS A WEEK AND SKI WHENEVER POSSIBLE. TRYING TO STAY "SEXY"...WHAT CAN I SAY ???!!!!!
I use a three-day split, one day back and biceps, one day chest, shoulders, and triceps, and the last day is legs. I warm up with a run and stretches and finish the day off with a protein shake. Five days a week, every week.
Daily gym sessions for me are a must I eat healthy and respect my bodies. Physical fitness is important. Lifestyle and small achievements are what I look forward to. My body is a temple and I keep it clean.
Right now I do some simple workouts and routines. I'm still working on doing them regularly and need some more gear, but I have fun and enjoy the feeling you get when you finish a good workout. I need to work on my arms more as right now I'm mostly focusing on toning my mid section and legs/butt. I'm always up for advice and learning new workout routines!
