    Been active all my life, Martial arts at an early age which I trained different style for many years. Now I train at the gym 3 to 4 days a week. I love being in nature exploring with bush walks/hikes. Swimming in the ocean is bliss.

    Junk food and elevators, mostly. My smart watch was so jealous that google fit wouldnt even talk to me in the end... heh.. It's like I always say...dare to dream - stay under 5000 steps a day and keep to a drive-through diet and you too can have a body like mine.

    This has NEVER changed and I find it...well, funny that I'm even answering this as to "how." It's always been & remains three items....1) How much you eat. 2) What you eat and last (or 3), exercise. It's that simple but people just can't keep in touch with the inconvenient truth. However, and more importantly in my own personal perspective.....MENTAL health is by far more important to keep "in good shape." ;)

    Running and eating relatively healthy but I'm a sucker for good food. I try to stay away from highly processed foods.. oh and milk too I'm lactose intolerant :( But aside from that I love being active and going for walks (especially if you have a dog)

    To help stay in shape I go swimming. I have been swimming my whole life so going to the pool to work out is perfect for me. I have waterproof headphones so I crank my favorite music and swim. I highly recommend swimming because its low impact and very calming.

    When I'm really motivated I exercise around 3-4 times per week (focusing on fat loss and muscle buildup on my biceps and quads), and **attempt** to eat healthy when I can. I'm currently on a diet to get my perfect summer bod!

    Without being too vulgar we keep our bodies in great shape and we have been praised , worshipped, and even stalked for our pussies and our s*x game so we both already are confident in ourselves enough to know we dont have much in that category to work on.     Lots of... exercise. God no wonder people don't write stuff here if they make a 200 character minimum. How the hell else do you stay in shape? Intermittant fasting, yoga, diet pills, too many other pills... I just exercise! Then I exercise some more in the bedroom :D

    For exercise, I mostly do yoga or go on hikes. I swore off running at a young age out of spite. I also enjoy swimming and tennis. I am a flexitarian so my diet consists of mostly plant based foods, but I do consume animal products when my body calls for it. Though, in all honesty, I really just have a high metabolism.
