    I workout at my local gym. I also do not drink maybe I'll have one glass of wine especially with good food parings but other than that I don't drink. I like to cook my own meals and eat fresh food. I think it is important to stay healthy and feel energized and food and exercise play a huge part in my life.

    I live an active lifestyle. I don't exercise regularly, but I am always working, and I do try to keep up with stretching in the mornings and evenings. The biggest thing is that I have always eaten a good diet, while remembering not to be obsessive or rigid because that's not healthy.

    Dad bod, currently. :( I gained 30 pounds during divorce, early 2020. I lift weights 2x a week to maintain tone, not bulk. I also walk 45 minutes every day. Would rather burn that energy in bed, hehe.

    i work out like once a month lol but i try to do squats wen i can. I don't go to gym at the moment because of covid and I am very careful when it comes to my health but I try my best from home. When it comes to staying in shape I can honestly say I just try my best to foods that are healthy for but I still snack often because you should never be too strict on yourself.

    I work out with a trainer 3x a week and I cycle 4x a week. During the week I also try to eat as healthy as possible so I can spoil myself on the weekends. Also during the week I do not drink, and I am lowkey obsessed with Whole Foods and I love to cook.

    I workout twice a week and I walk everywhere since I live in the city. I'm also planning on getting some roller skates and trying that out in central park! I also love ice skating and taking walks in parks.

    I carve out 60 minutes each day for a hard workout. I eat right and avoid fast food as much as possible. Yes, I drink socially at times but never to an extreme. Drugs are a no go, with the exception of some good weed occasionally.

    I'm in a couple sports, I'm very active.. I don't really work out anymore, but I stay fit from my hobbies. Honestly I just have a fast metabolism I eat like a pig lol.. if seafood was a person, I would marry them. (just kidding)

    Kickboxing, eating well, staying active as much as possible, staying away from anything fast food or greasy. I take care of my body because I believe it's very important! I want to be able to do anything I set my mind to.

    I like walking and watching what I eat and how much I eat. I also try not to eat right before I go to bed. I also try not to eat sweets right before I go to bed. I also like to work out by doing yoga or cardio

    I'm absolutely love dancing ( Pole dance specifically) ... A little new to the idea but I'm getting the hang of things. I'd love to work out in front of you ;) I take care of my nutrition also ( nothing specific, not vegan) just eat very healthy and live a very active lifestyle.

    I work out 5 days a week. I lift weights and focus a lot on my legs. I also drink protein shakes and I watch what I eat. I have lost 30 pounds and now I am adding lean muscle. I would love to help others get fit and achieve their goals!

    I've been an athlete my entire life... as a professional firefighter fitness was mandatory- we used the term "industrial athlete"; off duty I spent decades as a cyclist, even racing in World Championship events in Europe. These days I'm in the gym 3-5 days a week, power-walking the local trails; day hiking 5-20 miles in the Sierras, and practicing yoga weekly. I've maintained the fitness and vitality of my 20 year-old self to this day.

    For the most part I follow a paleo diet, if a caveman could eat it I can eat it, I try to avoid sugar where possible and drink lots of water! I also go to the gym most days along with running and pole dancing.
