I've been a healthcare recruiter for 3 years now. Basic staffing duties, recruiting, interviews, hiring, and firing. It's very hard dealing with people but I've saw the successes of my colleagues and I see that it's all worth it. I wake up earlier to be first in office, at times in the last to leave and I know that each task assigned to me will be completed. Worker harder and stay consistent.
