Firstly, putting time and complete focus into your craft. Always trying to learn and better yourself, leave your ego behind as it will not serve you. Surround yourself with high achievers and people better than you / you wish to emulate. Meditating, manifesting and visualising success.
I never back down no matter the issues I'm facing I take on the challenge I plan strategise and pull through no matter the outcome I accept it learn from it and push through to top no matter how long it takes
In all the businesses I ventured in, I believe creating a great team around you, vision, hard work, honesty and caring for your team is the key to succes. Innovation through creativity is the key phrase. I did this being a medical professional and in my more thechnical driven businesses.
My success comes from treating my employees like the people they are. They have lives outside of the job, just like I do. The mutual respect among everyone has helped me tremendously with being able to give my job/employees my all.
I am currently on my second year of University and my goal is to get my Master in Social Work. I am also currently working in that field. I am a very empathetic person and I want to make a difference. I found my passion and I love my job! I work hard at school and performing is very important for me!
Always keeping my personal life separate from my work life. I love my job and I love my co workers and live working but I'm not at work to make friends only to get my money and go home. Maybe just the type of personality I have but I like people to wonder about me, not out my whole life out in the open.
i am a makeup lover at heart. i honestly started my makeup journey last year or so. my best friend bought me a morphe palette for christmas and from then everything started. i began to watch many tiktoks and youtube tutorials to learn how to beat my face. i've never loved anything more than makeup!
What has made me so successful in my career is that I connect with people and they love me just as much as I love them! I do not judge, I treat people the way I want to be treated, and most importantly I listen!
Welp until I graduate I dont have much of a career, but at the moment im working 2 jobs, between 4-6 days a week plus 2 days uni. I've achieved success by making sure to try and balance my work, school and personal life.
I literally learn and unlearn and learn new methods, also try to have several perspectives to things which changes the way I once view stuff. Most importantly, I listen to my seniors who has passed the test of time and still rocking it in business.
