I can't even look away, let alone skip to without commenting on all operational issues or friction that cross my view. And it kills me not being able to fix em, even if i dont benefit personally, i just can't stand friction in what could be a seamless operation! Especially when there's an easy fix!!

A tear jerker reminding you of a loved one missed, a heart once heavy, and of a life well lived and time well spent.
I am an assistant manager for ph hospitality group. I work 50+ hours a week and its mandatory. I manage labor hours and review our product cost analysis and keep it low. I train and coach new employees. I keep track of all our invoices. I always do my very best. I greatly enjoy my time off and try to make the very most of it because it doesn't come often.

I've only worked at the same cicis for a year and I don't mind it cause I get to help people. Sometimes though I feel like a whipping post for people who care too much if there pizza isn't perfect and if there salad isn't cold enough. Especially because I don't get paid much.
