It took me about a year to get my company started and everything I have I've managed to make happen with my business in hand. I commercial clean, sanitize and make sure everything in commercial building is well cleaned, even residential areas as well.
I believe if we stop learning we are done so I try to learn all the time. I am a bull when it comes to work, I find solice there. I have tons of great business ideas just need someone who believes in me and them. Mentoring and building the up and coming is crucial, always be training your replacement!
