I work hard, focus on quality and above average performance. I'm diligent, focused and always willing to assist my fellow team members to ensure the outcome is as expected, if not elevated, the first time. I am not a fan of lackluster employees. I also have little patience for underachievers.

I am just being myself. For me it's important to be open and honest to myself and to others. I'm very respectful but also I'm very strict with people. I'm reading a lot about science, about world, and how things works in life. Maybe that's helps me. Also I'm very kind, I know how much time cost and I'm very respectful to my time and to the time of others.
I maintain a positive attitude and outlook on life. I have been able to overcome many obstacles and challenges by viewing them as opportunities for growth. I am resilient, strong, and tender at the same time. I did not become the woman I am today by focusing on the problems, but by focusing on the solutions and surrounding myself with people that do the same. You can only be as great as the people you surround yourself with.
