I am very ambitious. I go for what I want until I make it happen. I am a licensed cosmetologist, manager/MUA for a well known beauty brand, and I have my own businesses on the side. I also have my criminal psychology degree.

I give therapy to children with autism. I feel to be successful in this line of work you have to have a lot of patience and a kind heart. My job brings me a lot of joy and laughter as well as stress and exhaustion, I wouldnt change it for anything
I started from the bottom as a cleaner at 17yo, had 2 jobs and college untill lockdown, since then I worked my way up to Supervisor, Assistant Manager and currently General Manager. I never give up and focus on the future instead the past.
My key to success is being parts relentless and parts personable. I credit a lot of my advances through being down to earth and genuinely engaging with others, showing enthusiasm towards their interest as they more than likely incorporate or overlap with my own. I maintain momentum and navigate situations with effectiveness without being domineering. Conflict is the best way for problem solving and I enjoy being challenged.
