I'm a in home caregiver I work every day of the week a full time & a part time always on time, i have to in order to just get bye ect. I'm able to request time or days off when I need to or it's necessary
I made sure to build strong connections and treat those in my industry as friends versus strictly colleagues. This makes everyone more comfortable, iin my opinion. I ended up teaching with the very teachers who taught me due to those connections.
I work in HR and i do payroll. I am goal driven and i strive to be successful. I do not have a degree i am just determined to be great. I process payroll for a trucking company and manage drivers times and benefits. I set goals within reason and i go for it!
I actually do make a decent living I just work a lot. I run a company that I started and continue to grow everyday. I'm proud of my success. I achieved it by doing something I knew I was good at and connecting with the right people.
Because im a boss and i own everything i do baby i work hard strive far and let nothing bring me down and i always remember where it all started which motivates me to push myself even more... life is too short
I have always been a hustler and work hard. I firmly believe everyone has the chance to do and achieve whatever they want. It just depends on how hard you work and want it. I didn't come from money and no one helped me financially but I wanted my own business and I succeeded.
Puting myself out in the world more, gaining confidence in my work even if i wouldn't always have the biggest clientele really helped. Having people around me who believe in my work and me was a big push for success.
Im always working, im in employment and have a project on the side! i want to earn as much as possible, i can set my own hours so i can be flexible and also book time off last minute for you! As long as my job expenses are covered of course :)
I worked in the corporate sector for 20 years and then retrained....now work in healthcare. Hard work but I thoroughly enjoy what I do, when I do it. A good work ethic is an important balance in life..
I worked hard, networked, maneuvered the corporate ladder, made some smart investments, and keep a healthy work/life balance to keep myself motivated. Along the way I've also helped mentor others find success and its also paid off in its own way.
