just being a natural born leader and hard worker. i always took care of my people and stayed honest. i know the best boss is someone who can do the work. i am never afraid to put in the work and get my hands dirty, especially when it is something i'm passionate about.
I don't really have a success going for me but hopefully I open a luxury apartments something really nice so everyone would love to come but untill I figure out what I actually want the answer is I don't know .
