By being a hard worker open to learning new things, and willing to travel for new opportunities. A self starter who doesn't require supervision. I regularly meet and exceed deadlines. All while being an example for my subordinates.
Success comes when you do what you are passionate about, and you put plenty of work into it. I wake up very early, freshen up with a run, a shower and a coffee, then I think what I can do better or achieve on that day.
