Exercise daily, controlled diet, go to trekking, no smoking, yoga sometime, punctuality, time management these are the reasons for my fitness. Healthy lifestyle, good thoughts, good habits, 6to 7 km walking

I do pilates Monday-Friday, sometimes Saturday. I stretch twice a day to keep my flexibility. I also like to run or go for a walk for 30 minutes every day. I try to drink 3 liters of water a day and only drink caffeine and alcohol when i'm out for dinner. I like to have a balanced lifestyle but try to incorporate more healthier options.

My biggest advice is one DO NOT LOOK AT THAT SCALE!! And two DON'T do it for the aesthetic or to "look" a certain way. As soon as you bind your fitness journey with appearances, you've lost why you should KEEP hitting the gym! We want healthier results first.. keep your health as your priority, and the appearance follows. We want to be here for a long time, not just the good times!!

I do hit the gym regularly, but honestly it doesn't take a lot of hard work, as I was just genetically blessed with my figure. I don't gain weight quickly and If I do it doesn't go to the areas that would bother me haha

I work out 3-4 times a week every week . I do weights for strength training and the elliptical for cardio. I hike near my home a few times a month. I eat healthy. I don't smoke, I don't do drugs, rarely drink alcohol. I am generally very active.

Hmm for me I don't really have a workout routine, it's just running from my blood but less sugar and less beer for a flat tummy. Be mindful on what u're eating and eat some veggies and fruits to have a good complexion

I work hard and I hike with friends it's not hard for me to stay in average shape I occasionally work out but don't need to struggle to stay in average shape. I could firm up a bit more and workout a little more could improve my physical goals

I'm mindful of what I eat, leaning into a more carnivorous diet. I'm on the journey to being healthy, both physically and mentally. I avoid putting myself in stressful situations, my mental is more important. I hike and cycle when I can, it's therapeutic.

I'm not Mr. America but in pretty darned good shape. Better shape than most 30+40 year olds. I've leaned out a bit and lost 2 pant sizes since Jan. Keto, Biking, Gym workouts. Where I work I sometimes have to wear my 15lb ea steel toes all day. You will like my calf muscles!

I enjoy going to the gym 5-6 times a week for the past two years almost, although the first year I wasn't very consistent and didn't know much of what I was doing , I've also recently started running, this past two months
