Using an elliptical, biking, rowing 5 times a week also provides good cardio. Twice a week lifting weights to build muscle mass. Controlling what I eat, such as having a salad once a day, only 2 red meat meals per week, and only 2 fast food stops per week also helps. Love most sports but especially Snow skiing in the winter and golf spring through fall.

I honestly don't keep a lot of regimen when it comes to my body. I've gained a couple of pounds, but still technically I am Healthy. If you don't like anyone that's over 140 pounds please move on, because that would be an exact weight. I'm very muscular considering that I don't go to the gym. And how I keep myself being healthy, is constantly being the most active person in my workplace.

I don't usually work out, occasionally Pilates, I keep my diet healthy and diverse, I eat a lot but not too much. I take supplements for gut health skin and hair ect. I do move around a lot daily, sometimes I ride my bike just to tone my body up a little but only during summer.
