I mainly do some Pilates and some weight lifting to try and tone my muscles and get my body into the shape I want. It also is a great way to get some stress from the day out of my system. I also do some Yoga on my rest days so I am still physically active.

I work out atleast 3-4 days a week! On days that I don't work out, my body feels worse! It's such fun thing to do with your friends, while improving your health at the same time! While working out I learned so much more about my body as well!

I try to hit the gym a minimum of 3 times a week. I also enjoy hiking, hot yoga and pilates, and of course dancing!
I tend to eat on the healthier side, although I am not afraid of a cheeseburger every now and then. Seafood is my absolute favorite.

Very into my shape and figure, I like to stay lean but also like to get on the thicker side on the bottom (; I like to eat very clean as in I cook a lot rather go out unless it's fine dining. Fruits to keep things fresh, and greens to keep things going. I workout but only enough to keep me healthy.

I work out 4-5x a week. I typically devote 4 days to strength training and one day to cardio. I hate treadmills, but I absolutley love running outdoors! I'm extremely health conscious so yes, I count my macros.
