I don't. I try to maintain some level of basic cardio, ie walking. But since I broke my pole and gyms give me anxiety, working out hasn't been on the forefront of my mind. Although I'm not opposed if I find the right gym parter. Even with my lack of consistency, I could still squat more than you😘

I love to eat clean mostly! I love to eat a lot of fruit daily. I am a huge tea lover and I have a healthy daily routine and healthy habits. Sunlight and breathing exercises goes very far! and I enjoy prioritizing my health! ☺️💚

Not really I work a lot and barely have time to do stuff as it is. I do work out once and a while with my dad. That's about it. Would love to have more time for that type of stuff but it's hard you know.

I had a few extra pounds and I am working hard on my body. You can find me in the gym for 5 days in a row to get that slim fit body. So there might be some changes on the way of looking en feeling better and healthier

High metabolism is the reason I have trouble keeping any weight on me...I've always been petite tho and even after 1 child my body still could pass as not having any children yet so I am pleased...I was an athlete in school as well. So I've always been lean and athletic looking.

I do strength training and cardio 4-5x/week. I'm thinking about throwing in a pilates or cycling day just to try something new and out of my comfort zone. I like training legs and back more than chest day.

I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. I have grown to love the gym, and I honestly feel incomplete if I skip it for more than 3 days in a row. I get myself motivated on lazy days by remembering that every day in the gym is a millimeter closer to my goals (and I have to stay cute for my soon-to-be SD). ;)

Chasing after my son. Walking, drinking water. Trying to eat healthier foods. I am not ashamed of my body. I am a hard worker and when I set my mind up to do something I do it. Always be mindful of others
