I dance ballet and modern at an amazing local ballet company. Currently, I am about ten-fifteen pounds heavier than I would like. I am sure I will lose it soon enough as I have it because I have taken a break from dancing, now getting back to it.

If I can't find my way to a pool, I am busting mini workouts in at home throughout my day. I also twerk and dance throughout the house everytime I'm cleaning.
If you didn't twerk, did you even clean at all?

I go to the gym near daily. I also ride my horses near daily, which is very physically taxing while very enjoyable. I take good care of my body by getting enough sleep and water as well and just making sure I'm overall at the best I can be every day.

I do my best to eat well and get a little exercise using my treadmill, pilaties, or just being active. Coming into spring and summer I want to get out more maybe try cycling on trailers or going on long hikes.

I workout at least 4-5 times a week. If it's rest day, I am doing what they called active rest where I still try to jog outside. I also eat more protein so my muscles can recover from the workout. I avoid drinking soda and eating junk foods.

i used to struggle with my weight when i was younger, and i wanted to change but didn't know how. i saw my brother going to the gym constantly and he seemed obsessed, so i tried and since then i haven't stopped! for the past two years i've been going to the gym almost every day non stop and keeping up with my diet, watching what i eat, how much i eat, etc ... and it's gotten pretty addicting
