I'm pretty active with swimming, tennis, hiking and hot yoga with light gym work. If I'm not eating out I keep a semi serious diet. Hot yoga has been a favorite of mine before bed, I find it so relaxing and the best nights sleep. Swimming has given me the best body results, Better then any gym routines.

I used to play rugby at uni but a pretty severe injury stopped me from playing and running for a few years. I've picked up strength training in the gym and now I'm there three to four times a week with a PT, getting back on track! I also love a long walk somewhere gorgeous but will admit to being fair weather because if it's raining I'd rather be warm and cosy inside somewhere.

Good genes. I would love to say I hit the gym 5 days a week but it simply isn't the case. I'm lucky. I can eat whatever I want and I don't get fat. But I have always been active my whole life. You are much more likely to catch me roller skating than running on a treadmill inside. I want to feel the sun and breathe fresh air and workout to ocean views.

HIKING! I love up hike whenever possible and it's probably my favorite activity to do. Either before or after a long meal X) I know of many hiking spots throughout the Valley and love taking new people while getting a feel for them. I'm also known to get especially emotional during beautiful views or small sightings of animals. I love animals. I also love foraging! Often for fresh sage and rosemary!

I've been trying to cut out sugars especially fake sugars like in sodas and most candies. Natural sugars are needed so those can stay, oils as well need to mostly go so I've cut down on my take out. I try and get my steps in each day and I love swimming. Want to get a gym membership when I can afford a good one :)
